About Lydia

Hi, I'm Lydia

I'm best known for writing books that hurt my head. You can find me over on Wattpad and Radish Fiction doing the writing thing.
There's this thing called parenting, and I have no idea what it is, but I do it.
And the other day I started talking to myself, so I figured I better start blogging again. Keeps me sane, you know?
I have two sons. Aiden is four and was recently diagnosed with Autism. Ryan is under one. Below are other places you can find me if you fancy being nosy. ;)

I'm shy, but here's my Snapchat: Lydia16125

I hope you enjoy my blog!
The idea is to basically document my journey trying to make it as an author, while also doing this mommy thing. :D

  1. hi you share about your baby Aiden. Also u share about his Autism. where do i live its not take in positive way.. mother once support but fathers more show dislike about it. How's his father taking it. Sorry if its personal. just wanted to know how u both handling it.

    1. Hi there, Sorry about only getting back to you, Rucha.

Autism shouldn't be seen as a negative thing whatsoever. Why not talk about it and share your story. In my eyes, it's spreading awareness. Talking about my experiences might just help another parents who might going through the same thing.

Having a child with autism is a lonely, heartbreaking experience for any parent to go through, yet there is a stigma against parents who talk about it. It is the invisible disability. Just because Aiden looks normal doesn't mean he doesn't go through challenges day in and day out.

Aiden's father and I are separated, so I couldn't really tell you how he's handling it. Aiden's stepfather and I tackle it together. :)
